Hot-Dip Galvanizing
Galvanizing steel involves coating it in a layer of zinc to prevent rust and corrosion. We are capable of hot-dip galvanizing parts and components of almost any size, either to be further treated with paint and protective coatings or for direct use in a range of applications.
Powder Coating
Powder coating involves electrostatically affixing a dry powder to metal parts before curing the coating with either heat or UV light to produce a solid, durable coating. Powder coating has benefits over conventional paint treatments. It tends to be more durable, thicker, and less environmentally detrimental.
Surface Preparation
ContactBefore treating metal with treatments like galvanization, powder coating, and industrial paint, the surfaces must be treated to maximize adhesion. Some of these treatments are physical, like abrading the metal to increase surface area.
Pre-Treatments
ContactOther surface preparations involve chemicals that alter the attributes of the surface of the metal. They may increase surface area through pitting or corroding the metal, change its ability to adhere to paints and coatings, or prevent the treatment from damaging the metal beneath the pre-treatment.
Metal Treatments
ContactFinal treatments include anything from paint or tile lining to powder coating. At this stage, the components can be decorated to match your brand or flagged with colours for safety and visibility.
